1. DATA WE PROCESS

1.1 Our Commitment to Privacy

The FlipShadow App is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. The App does not automatically collect any personal data about you or your device. We do not collect IP addresses, location data, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other telemetry data.

1.2 App-Specific Data (Stored Locally on Your Device)

When you use FlipShadow, the following data is created and stored exclusively on your device:

• Front and back text of your flashcards
• Learning progress and study statistics (such as review dates, correct/incorrect answers)
• Study schedule data generated based on your learning patterns
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud synchronization (see Section 1.3 below). We have no access to this data at any time.
