1. DATA WE PROCESS

1.1 Our Commitment to Privacy

Daily Reels is designed so that your recorded videos never leave your device. The App does not upload, view, or store your video recordings on our own servers, and we do not operate a server-side user database of your journal content.

We do use two limited, well-known third-party services: Firebase Analytics (Google) for basic, automatically-collected app usage statistics, and Google AdMob to display non-personalized advertising within the App. Both are described in detail below. We do not use any other third-party advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or analytics services.

Your recorded videos and journal data are stored locally on your device only. The App does not currently offer cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.

1.2 Camera and Microphone Data

Daily Reels' core feature requires access to your device's camera and microphone to record short video journal entries.

Regarding this data:

• Video and audio you record within the App are saved as video files stored locally on your device only, using the operating system's local file storage.
• We do not transmit, upload, or have any server-side access to your recorded video or audio content.
• If another person appears or is audible in a recording you make, you are responsible for ensuring you have any consent required by applicable law before recording, storing, or sharing that content.
