These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipShadow mobile application ("App") provided by onemorethink ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. APP DESCRIPTION

FlipShadow is a mobile application designed for language learners that allows users to create, store, and study with flashcards. The App provides personalized study schedules based on your learning progress using spaced repetition algorithms, and enables you to access your flashcards across your Apple devices through optional iCloud synchronization.

2. APPLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The App is made available to you subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and onemorethink only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern solely with respect to Apple's obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the App to:

• Create, store, and study with flashcards for language learning
• Track your learning progress and review statistics
• Synchronize your flashcard collection and learning data across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Use the App's spaced repetition study scheduling features
• Unlock premium features through in-app purchases
